What happened at Stansted Airport on Friday 3rd December
We had an emergency call out to take 65 passengers from Stansted to Gatwick. Because it was from a long haul flight and there was loads of luggage, 2 coaches were booked. The Beulas was loaded first. 59 passengers handed our driver their cases and got on the coach. 6 passengers made their own way home as they lived closer to Stansted than Gatwick. To the amazement of the other drivers at the coach park, just over half of the luggage hold was used. This coach went to Gatwick and the other coach was not needed, saving fuel and money.
